Care & Maintenance
How do I clean clay cups and pots?
Wash with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid soap as clay absorbs chemicals. For deep cleaning, use baking soda or lemon.
Can I use clay pots on a gas stove or microwave?
Clay pots can be used on low to medium gas flame. Avoid high heat. Some products are not microwave-safe—please check the product page.
Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Clay products are not returnable. Refunds are provided only if the item is damaged upon delivery.
