Wash with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid using soap, as clay absorbs chemicals. For deep cleaning, use baking soda or lemon.
Clay pots can be used on low to medium gas flame but should not be placed directly on high heat. some products are not microwave-safe please check on product page.
Returns & Refunds
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
No clay products not returnable. only refund when its damaged when receiving.
